Your storage, remembered

Know what is in every tote without opening it.

ToteTally remembers your locations, containers, items, photos, and QR labels—so the thing you need is easy to find when you need it.

The answer before the lid comes off.

A simple map from the shelf to the tote to the exact item inside.

Search everything

Search item names, notes, container names, colors, and locations from one place.

See what you stored

Add optional photos to containers or items when a picture is faster than a description.

Label and scan

Print or share a QR label, then scan it to open the matching container in your inventory.

Make the physical world searchable

Organize it the way it actually sits.

Name a location, add its containers, and record what belongs in each one. Tote colors, styles, numbers, and photos help your digital inventory match the shelf in front of you.

  • Create, edit, and search fully offline
  • Speak, type, or photograph item entries
  • Use QR labels without exposing your item list

Local-first by design

Your household inventory is not our business model.

ToteTally has no app account, developer-operated customer database, ads, analytics, or tracking. Your inventory and photos live on your device. Optional personal iCloud sync is handled by Apple through your Apple Account.

  • No ToteTally account
  • No advertising or sale of user data
  • No third-party analytics SDK

A recovery path you control

Back up the whole picture.

Export a portable ToteTally backup containing locations, containers, items, identifiers, and available photos. Restore it later on your device instead of relying on a spreadsheet that loses relationships.

Optional personal iCloud sync can keep a private snapshot available across your own Apple devices. The local inventory remains the source of truth, and sharing access with other people is not a launch feature.

Backup and restore help

Find it. Label it. Back it up.

One private inventory for the things you already own.

Less digging. More finding.
